This is a vintage game, and does show wear. Spots / stains on box as well as tears and small pieces of box missing. I counted 15 boards, each holding 8 cards. I counted 118 cards, so I am assuming 2 are missing. If you don't have a large group, you could take the boards out that have those answers on it, or you could recreate your own since it's a bingo style game.
DOES include instructions.
I am sure there are things that are no longer relevant (I seriously doubt there are separate magazines for different races now), but a really fun collectible for anyone who is SDA / Seventh Day Adventist.
I think this is from the 1950s because the address is Washington 12 DC. That dates it to pre-1963.
